As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to success by delivering outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Driving Sales: Manage and oversee the store’s turnover to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Expense Management: Control and reduce operational costs and manage stock losses to meet the company’s standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Merchandising: Execute in-store merchandising strategies to ensure products are displayed in an attractive and accessible way.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service by meeting customer needs and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Operational Excellence: Efficiently manage store processes, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
• Experience in managing and leading teams to success in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, sales, and customer service strategies.
• Ability to manage stock, shrinkage, and achieve set financial targets.
